Employee Self-Serve:
Each employee each pay period views their check detail online including deductions, accruals, and pay history. Employers are able to reduce paper and go green with this web-based feature. Employees are able to print past check history for loans or other needs without having to request it from Human Resources. W2s are also available to view at year end.
E-Verify:
United States (U.S.) law requires companies to employ only individuals who may legally work in the U.S. Flex-Pay will verify the employment eligibility of your newly hired employees for you. Allow us to take the additional steps to verify each one and keep you in compliance.
Flex-Clock:
Track your employee's time using our time and attendance system through our web-based or physical clock(s). Managers have the ability to review employee's time daily, correct missed punches, and manage their staff's time through reports. The data from this time system is easily imported into Flex-Pay's payroll system.
401k Transmission:
Flex-Pay contacts your 401k administrator to determine the best method to transmit your 401k data. Flex-Pay can provide your 401k administrator an electronic file for their input into their system and/or transfer your funds to the administrator.
Garnishment Payments:
Our system will deduct the funds from the employee's wages based on the garnishment document and make payment to the appropriate agency.
General Ledger:
Flex-Pay creates a journal entry based on your specific chart of accounts. For many clients, Flex-Pay can create a file to import into your accounting system.
Section 125-Cafeteria Plan:
Flex-Pay provides Premium Only Plans (POP), Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), and Health Reimbursement Accounts (HRA) administration to clients interested in saving tax dollars for themselves and their employees. Review the different types of Tax Favored Health Plans and see if the Benefit Comparison peaks your interest in any of them.
Through the POP plan, employees pay their insurance premiums pre-tax, reducing their gross taxable income, which saves them FICA, Federal, and State taxes. This also provides a tax savings for the employer. Flex-Pay creates a POP document based on a questionnaire you complete.
The FSA provides employees an avenue to place a portion of their pre-tax wages aside for their medical, dental, and dependent care expenses. Flex-Pay provides reimbursement directly to your employee on a weekly basis for submitted receipts. Employee's reimbursements can be provided as a direct deposit. FSA debit cards are available for employees. Contact Flex-Pay for details about this benefit.
Tax Credit Description (WOTC):
The Work Opportunity Tax Credit is a federal hiring incentives that provides a tax credit of up to $9,600 to financially incent businesses to provide opportunities to disadvantaged groups. There are thousands of tax credit opportunities through Federal and State programs nationwide. New hire tax credits can add to your bottom line so allow us to investigate tax credit opportunities with no upfront cost.
Workers Compensation:
Workers Compensation premiums will be drafted from your account. A Workers Compensation report provides the data necessary for your audit based on eligible wages. The report crosses years to match the timeframe of your policy.
