Payroll Sales Representative
Payroll Sales Representative (District Manager) is responsible for managing and maintaining a defined sales territory and driving sales to achieve quota by networking, prospecting, and cold calling. Experience with and the ability to develop and maintain CPA and Bank relationships will be key to success.
The ideal candidate will have a successful history of meeting sales goals, the ability to sell a service product and be detail oriented with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and retention. A background in the payroll industry is required. Qualified candidates must have a proven track record of consistently achieving corporate sales goals and be motivated with a high level of energy. The candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as computer skills.

Payroll Specialist
A Payroll Specialist is responsible for processing an assigned set of client's payrolls with efficiency and accuracy while assisting clients with payroll, software or other related questions. Clients are able to submit their payroll and employee data via multiple means: Call, Fax, Email, Spreadsheet (Import) or through our Web and PC services. Payroll Specialists provide superior customer service to their clients which results in long-term, lasting client relationships.
The ideal candidate will be dedicated, will have a stable work history, will be able to multi-task and handle varying degrees of stress. Prior payroll processing experience including Payroll Software, Wage Attachments, 401K Deferrals and Direct Deposits is required. The candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Payroll Tax Administrator
The Payroll Tax Administrator is responsible for:
- Communication with the client and appropriate agencies regarding tax notices in a timely manner.
- Establishing and maintaining ACH credit method for payments to tax agencies.
- Maintaining proper state unemployment rates on clients from year to year.
- Providing support to the tax manager for quarterly filing of client forms, service bureau forms, as well as taxing agency forms.
- Assisting tax department or any other area as needed.
The ideal candidate will have a payroll tax background and working knowledge of the payroll tax filing process with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and retention. Must be self motivated with a high level of energy. The candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as computer skills.
