Payroll Sales Representative 

A Payroll Sales Representative (CBIZ Flex-Pay District Manager) is responsible for managing and maintaining a defined sales territory and driving sales to achieve quota by networking, prospecting, and cold calling as needed. Experience with building, developing, and maintaining referral relationships is key to ones success. The ability to organize details for proper and consistent follow up as well as timely gathering of confidential documentation is critical to successful implementation of our services with each client.

The ideal candidate will have a successful history of achieving payroll sales goals; the ability to sell payroll, timekeeping, and HRIS; and the belief in customer satisfaction and retention. A background in the payroll industry is required. Qualified candidates must have a proven track record of consistently achieving payroll sales goals and be motivated with a high level of energy. The candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as computer skills (email, Word, and Excel).

Sales Administrative Assistant

A Sales Administrative Assistant works in a fast paced and rapidly growing environment. This position will assist in supporting the sales team by providing support to sales management and liaison to outside sales team and internal operations staff. He/She reviews and expedites new client documentation with follow up list to sales team before distributing to Implementation team. Prepares sales reports (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and supports sales team with monthly quota data review. He/She presents as needed at sales team meetings and assists in special events planning and meeting supplies.

Candidate should have high school diploma or GED and Bachelor’s degree preferred with two years experience in office environment, performing as an administrative assistant. The candidate should demonstrate ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internal and external.

Implementation Specialist 

An Implementation Specialist is responsible for setting up clients when they first join the Flex-Pay Payroll Services family. Implementation Specialists take ownership and accountability of each client to ensure timely set up, customer satisfaction, and retention. He/She is engaged with the client throughout the conversion process until the client is successfully processing payroll, and this could include a detailed training on our online or PC-based product. Implementation Specialists provide superior customer service to their clients which results in long-term, lasting client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, accuracy, stable work history with successes in a deadline driven environment. Prior payroll processing experience using payroll software, processing wage garnishments, 401k deferrals, and direct deposits is required. The candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Payroll Specialist

A Payroll Specialist is responsible for processing an assigned set of client’s payrolls with efficiency and accuracy while assisting clients with payroll, software or other related questions. He/She is responsible for providing outstanding customer service and taking ownership of assigned clients. Specialists will respond to client calls and emails of complex payroll questions/requests, and depending on the payroll department, he/she will process payroll for their clients. Candidates must have payroll experience and ability to work in a fast paced, high volume work environment. Candidates should possess the following skills: maintain client confidentiality, achieve a high accuracy rate, utilize excellent written/verbal communication skills, and apply technical skills, and ability to multi-task while being detail-oriented. Candidates should have the ability to thrive within the structure of a team is essential.

Work will involve assisting clients with garnishments, child support orders, tax levies, pre-tax deductions, and direct deposit.
